Forums › Drugs › Research Chemicals › New "Psychoactive" Compound on sale that Supposedly is in total compliance with law
Right I had an email from a vendor a few days ago saying they had formulated a new hotch potch of god knows what and called it, any guess???? Synthacaine (wankers, pure fucking wankers), which used to be methiopropamine and a numbing agent like benzocaine or dimethocaine and possibly some had one of the various aminodines (totally inactive crap in every one I tried when buying pure xxAIs).
I have no clue how this evades the ban on the sale of anything psychoactive unless maybe every ingredient in that compound is already whitelisted. I can think of no other way this can possibly be sold and comply with that ridiculous ban.
I read some chatter about this on another forum – they are sending a sample to WEDINOS but there really are very few compounds left often than caffeine and ephedrine which are not controlled by PSA.
IMO it is these kinds of branded blends which also encourage unsafe or unheathy ROAs for the chemicals in question that have fucked things up for everybody, not only in UK.
I really hope they aren’t putting caffeine and ephedrine in it as those are the only stims now available, combined they can be OK functional stims (but not as good as the NPS) but still must be treated with respect as its easy to get heart problems and they can still be fatal in overdose.
Already ephedrine is restricted in many countries due to muscle marys taking way too much and keeling over.
DE and NL are now starting to restrict imports and domestic sales of NPS, PT passed a law similar to PSA years ago because the use of NPS was threatening to disrupt their globally praised decriminalisation initiative.

As you say, what else can they possibly be putting in other than the very stuff you mentioned and not breach the law. Also as was a blatant and obvious fact, branded compounds changed in bratios and sometimes even entre fucking compounds, between batches and were bad enough when you at least thought it was MPA and a numbing agent..

And it was exactly this making the younger users ill.
Since the ban and the removal of these blends from the street the Ambulance services in many different parts of England are reporting far less callouts to younger patients. The biggest problem was neither the users nor the paramedics knew precisely what was in them making treatment difficult.
That said, MPA was a decent enough stimulant if taken in small doses but tolerance builds up quickly and it is full with free sulfur so too much of it makes you feel very rough, even more so if combined with alcohol or any other substances.
I was amazed though people would even try injecting it; they really must have been desparate as it would surely be excrutiatingly painful (similar to some drugs used for psychiatric treatment in 1980s which are now normally banned under human rights laws).
IMO the biggest problem with the RC trade was too many vendors had an irrational hostility to any kind of regulations (even when they had many loopholes that legally allowed the trade) and wanted to profit from selling their own “unique” blends but couldn’t even match the level of transparency that food, alcohol or even tobacco companies comply with to legally sell their wares across Europe and beyond (even if their products are unhealthy!)
I agree with pretty much all of that, thebiggest cunts actually appear to have been the companies supplying headshops, rather than proper vendors that would at least more often than not be straight about what was in it, and you knew each of the pure compounds could be bought at the same vendors so you also knew thye quality of each compound in the blends from the better online vendors, but still, fuck that branded shit…
The headshops in my region (there are only about 3) got warned off selling any kind of NPS as early as 2010 (after it all went tits up with mephedrone) and they wisely stayed well away from this market having less troublesome lines of business to support themselves; although as the best one in town does piercings as well I think they have to keep on the right side of the Council or they would lose their license.
I can’t see why anyone over 18, with basic computer literacy would have wanted to buy actual drugs (as opposed to paraphenalia or fashion related gear) from a headshop anyway but then again when cathinones were legal folk in some regions actually created a street dealing network (complete with associated criminality) as it was “cooler”.
In contrast, the best of the NPS dealers I used over the years (which sold the pure chemicals) were better run than companies I buy computer and electronics equipment for work!

Yeah all the vendors I knew and used were extremely proficient and knew exactly what they had, and they did business excellently with excellent customer service for the most part.

For some reason street dealing appeals to kids from backgrounds that wouldn’t normally be associated with it. Gotta look cool I guess.

thats true although in in middle class UK regions “street” dealing of party drugs is more correctly a form of medium level dealing amongst a group of friends, who tend to reinvest the profits partly in keeping a supply of drugs but also in items used on a communal basis by the same peer group group such as sound and audio visual equipment used at raves. This seems like harmless rebellious fun at least at the start but its way too easy to get into bad habits in these circles (saw this happen twice to the groups I was associating with in two different bits of England over 20 years).
Then again NPS sales and darknets appear to have shifted this to shadowy groups of individualistic types who appear to spend their time in front of their computers maybe playing games or listening to music in smaller groups ; and I presume mostly spend their profits on more drugs to sell or consume for themselves and/or tech. Could explain why many parts of the internet are infested with psychotic trolls who seem to be on permanent bad comedowns.

The game has changed for sure but I’ll inform you that while I am a psychotic troll, my permanent comedown is not bad.
Its probably easier and safer to get some stuff through the postal service rather than having to make connections in person with sometimes unstable/dangerous people so that you can buy something besides marijuana cause it is so ubiquitous that anyone can get it for you. As far as harder/rarer drugs its probably best to have some balance of real world connections and to use the internet when possible. Each has their advantages. You can’t get robbed on the dark net, you can only be scammed, whereas in the real world you get to see what you’re buying beforehand.
what we’ve currently got in the UK (and most likely elsewhere in Europe) is mostly young middle class men with the knowledge to carry out darknet transactions buying in bulk and then reselling it in person in various regions.
There’s a case ongoing at the moment; I won’t link to it whilst its in progress because of our contempt of court rules and to preserve the defendants privacy but my first thought was – “WTF were you lads playing at?” Amongst other things they were caught with over a kilo of MDMA and just under an oz of cocaine. If they are found guilty even on the lesser charge of posession with intent to supply they could easily get 10 years.
Although early release after 5 is a common they are all young and it would be a big bite out of your youth; and in this country your sentence continues after you walk out of the doors (employment prospects reduced to 33% in spite of qualifications and even volunteer groups won’t always accept ex-offenders).
Its easy to get sucked in and I’m sure thats what happened with those kids but as a rule of thumb you need to know what amount triggers a larger sentence which is complicated as hell in America with 50 different states and can be madding in its nonsense. For example on the federal level its 5 grams of crack vs 500 grams of cocaine… okay lol.
Don’t do the time if you can’t do the time is an old adage, but I guess they didn’t think they were going to get caught. Life is a lot different after 5 to 10 in prison. I guess at some point people want to be Johnny Depp in the movie Blow.

When you get to know the right people and the right places, none of which are the darknet, you can get exceptionally high purity compounds normally produced in china which are WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAy illegal, but are not MDMA, LSD, or amphetamine/meth but derivatives of them all are available.
MDMA and LSD are a different kettle of fish however but good sources are ut there, very discreet and do business exactly as any good RC vendor did….;.
In recent years China has moved away from hardline drugs enforcement in a similar to Malaysia and Singapore, even if none of the govts of these countries will openly admit to this.
Most of the Chinese making this stuff are very intelligent middle class young people who most likely have day jobs in industries where they would have access to the chemicals but are making otherwise legitimate items. As long as they don’t poison their domestic and foreign customers and there aren’t epidemics of binge use, I suspect many blind eyes are turned by feds. These Asian countries cannot afford to lose educated young people who are fluent in their native languages and English, contrary to popular misconception there are not as many babies being born in Asia and the population is ageing.
Even the RCs that did end up on the controlled list last year (mostly various cathinones and the harsher end of RC stims) did tie in with reports in English language Chinese newspapers about young lads in particular commiitting particularly sketchy crimes – stuff like house burglaries of small but high value items in tower block flats where they would have had to scale 10m balconies from the outside, and were even leaving creepy fake “apology” notes to the people whose stuff they nicked.
Also multiple reports of otherwise well behaved kids (especially expat Chinese in SG and MY) getting sudden and severe mental health problems but without immediate signs of drug use that syabu (asian meth) or other harder stuff would show.
Exactly the kind of thing that folk who did way too much cathinones sometimes ended up getting into here in Europe.
That said I suspect using the darknet in CN is likely to attract way more unwanted attention than simply selling small amounts of chemicals to foreign countries, when they sell millions of tons / litres of far more hazardous stuff worldwide using normal web portals (it is left up to the buyer to ensure it is legal and/or safe to import…)
