Port speed upgrade / radio traffic We've been doing so much traffic on the radio streams (1Tb in ~2 weeks) with daily peeks above 150 listeners this last couple of weeks the website was slowing down so I've upgraded our port speed from 100 to 1000 Mb (10 USD / month) and bought insurance (5 USD / month) against bandwidth overages causes by attacks against the box (currently 265 USD / month)...
UK : East : Gary boys protest at speeding clampdown – by getting on *bicycles!* This whole thing is surreal TBH... took me a while to work out what was going on as usually this is done as a leftie/eco warror "critical mass" protest against car culture...
not sure if any good will come of it, other than the garys realising what the cops can do to stubborn protestors...

Base/Speed Does speed go off anyone know? friend has a couple of lines left after a party ages ago and we were trying to decide if i should chuck it in the bin. Its all dry and crispy now, been open to the air though in a box for about a month i guess maybe more.123
BT Broadband Speed Issues Anybody else with BT and experiencing serious issues tonight?
I know they are upgrading their business/static IP network which could be having an effect, but I'm experiencing seriously slow speeds. If I hooked up the 56k modem I'd be whizzing along compared to this.
I can't even fire up speedtest.net to get any statistics.
Speed Hallo evrybody out there!
Last saturday I ate what was sold as a gram of speed; 'twas my first time. It was lovely, really great apart from the terrible bitter taste in my mouth. Actually I didnt ate all at once, first I started putting my finger in the bag, then after a while I had stated dancing I opened it wide and licked it all. It was still almost all there. Do you think it's a good idea to have another gram tomorrow, will it be less effective, will I need more? And do you think It's good to drink a lot on it?

Is a gram of speed for a night out too much or too little for the average guy who doesnt really do much of it?
Ive heard people taking a point of speed but isnt that pretty much nothing?
And is it true that speed is one of the safest drugs to snort?

Im falling asleep. First day I go on a run Im awake and energised but there after Im slowly falling asleep until I cant keep eyes open anymore.. I used to take speed all the time and this didnt happen??????????? No matter how much more I take I just cant wake up or get energised???
Im wondering if theres benzos or something added to what Im taking. Anybody know whats happening or has this happened to anybody else?

anybody out there who likes old skool speed garage?
These tunes made me shiver back in ye 'ol nineties.
Sadly I only heard them on the radio and at parties so I don't own any mixes or tracks (the tapes I had vanished) wich is a shame, I know.
If there is anybody out there that can share a mix, I would be very grateful.
I also believe that speed garage came from England (correct me if um wrong) so maybe this is the wright place to post such a thread.

Radar / Speed Trap Detectors Right I am looking at getting a radar/speed trap detector as if I get 6 points on license I have to retake my test (both car and bike) and I can't be fucked with that.
Has anyone had any experience with any of these devices? Are they worth the money?
Its fine around town and stuff as I don't speed but its on the bypasses and shit like that where the roads are safe and they just try to make money out of you the speed does go up a little :wink:

Firstly im newly registered to the forum but i discovered it a couple of weeks ago and ive been gaining valuable snippets of useful information from it ever since!
Basically on Monday night went out with some friends and tried speed for the first time. Bought it from a reliable source and it came as a whitey/grey paste (hence base). Overall had a good night out and enjoyed myself. The comedown wasnt great but it certainly wasnt worse than anything i have had after a night out on a couple of pills before, and i coped with it quite easily.
I didnt buy very much of the speed but as it was my first time i thought i would be sensible and take it easy so i only had about half of what i bought. Having just looked at it again for the first time since Monday, its now dried out into a kind of powdery substance. My question is can i still use this or is the speed now past its "shelf life" as it were? If i can still use it what i can expect? Will it have gotten stronger or weaker? I bombed it last time and would probably do the same again if that makes any difference.
I realise that these questions are quite hard to answer in the world of illegal sunstances but any help would be much appreciated!
