Amsterdam no longer selling weed to tourists!! their now bringing about a law where the sale of cannabis to tourists will be forbidden in an attempt to decrease the drug tourists going to amsterdam, theyre giving out cards/etc to the locals and only locals who have these cards and are over the age of 18 will be allowed to purchase weed in the coffee shops :( dosent reli effect me but seems a move in the wrong direction for the drug culture123

What is the difference between CBG and CBD In my past i did smoke marijhuana a lot. One day i realized i am not as much productive as i could be if i am not stoned. Still i love to smoke it and the taste of it. My friend recommended me these CBG buds. Did anyone has any experiances with CBG. What do you think? What is actually a difference between CBD and CBG?
NL/TH : 20 000 signatures in support of jailed former cofeeshop owner in Thailand. This is an unusual case - this chap (a former coffeeshop owner) has landed in Thailand jail for a charge of money laundering from sales of cannabis in NL (not TH!), and has been sentenced to 103(!) years!
it is not immediately clear how he came to be in this unfortunate situation, especially as any alleged offences he has committed surely are under the jurisdiction of the Netherlands; at very worst he might owe them a few Euros in some form of taxes or fines but he really should be returned back to NL rather than serve time in TH (other articles rather curiously imply that the NL authorities worked with TH to get him busted there rather than NL, which is something I thought only UK occasionally did and that was back in 1990s)

Most Dutch councils ignore ban on marijuana sales to tourists Tourists are still able to buy marijuana in 85 percent of the Netherlands' cannabis cafes despite the national ban on selling soft drugs to non-residents, according to Tilburg University researcher Nicole Maalsté.
Maalsté's research found most local authorities have incorporated the ban into their local bylaws but do nothing to enforce it, Nos television reports.
However, non-residents are excluded from coffee shops in 23 of the 103 local council areas with licenced cannabis cafes.
These are mainly in the southern regions.
No problems
Most councils said they were not enforcing the ban because the sale of marijuana to non-locals was not causing problems or because there are few foreigners in the first place.
This, for example, was the case in Amersfoort, Maalsté said.
"This law was introduced by The Hague to discourage drugs tourism in the border areas and every council is supposed to comply. But Amersfoort does not have any drugs tourism," a spokesman for the local Christian Democratic party says in the report.
MPs are due to debate official policy towards coffee shops later on Wednesday.
This debate will also focus on calls by some local councils to be allowed to experiment with legal production of marijuana.
Do you want to be a part of a Coffee-Shop Documentary? Hi,
I’m a film and television student from Turkey. I study at Istanbul Bilgi University. I just recently decided to shoot a documentary about Amsterdam’s famous coffee-shops. I thought it’s a good time for us to have a educational documentary about coffee-shops.
So, i’m shooting this for my final project. It’s going to be my third year in the university, and i want to finish it with some good work.
I’m coming to Amsterdam in October from 11th to the 18th. It's going to be my 4th trip. It’s going to be just me, and my camera. I’m hoping to travel through important coffee-shops, ask for interviews from the staff, manager and off course the people.
It’s going to be about the history of coffee-shops and the current status of them. I’m going to deal with weedpass, coffee-shops as a tourist attraction and many other stuff about them. So it’s going to be about the “coffee-shop culture” of Amsterdam.
So, i’m asking for your help too. If there is anybody living or visiting Amsterdam at that dates, and want to do a interview with me, it would be great. Of course, i’m open to any other helping-hands fort his “budgetless” profect of mine.
Just send a message to me if you are interested, or want to know more.

Going to Amsterdam in 2 weeks Hey guys, goin to Amsterdam in 2 weeks with my Partner and another couple.
Been about 8 times before.
Just wondering how it is to score over there?
I know you get the dodgy black guys going round muttering ecstacy cocaine under there breath, but guessing that they are to be avoided. Iv heard the pills over there ATM are very good so prob gonna stick to those. Are there any good ways to score good stuff? Or is it just a matter of asking round in the clubs? Also heard a rumour that Taxi drivers are the way to go?
Any reliable advice is much appreciated.
Cheers guys & gals
