Never tried heroin but do have a question Once you use heroin and the initial high is basically almost falling asleep (from what I've seen/heard), when you come out of THAT high, can you still be high afterwards or is it just a one hit wonder for like 10 minutes? And how long does it stay in your system, like how long do you feel the effects?12
