From Paper to Liquid? Is it possible, and how should one go about, extracting LSD from paper in a liquid solution?
I'd really like to know.
Thanks,
~Mime
good lsd book… Just finished reading this...
To Live Outside the Law: Caught by Operation Julie, Britain's Biggest Drugs Bust: Amazon.co.uk: Leaf Fielding: Books
highly recommended if you like reading about 60s/70s acid scene.
Hope someone makes an 'Operation Julie' movie (the rights have been bought)...from the protagonist's perspective rather than the daft coppers!
LSD in the bloodstream So...
SWIM promised his mother he would never, ever put anything in his veins. But SWIM has long since come to terms with the fact that he would definitely break this promise for LSD (and DMT).
I was wondering if anyone could help me out, let me know what a proportional dose would be, (DMT as well, if you can, but I may just put a similar post in the appropriate forum), and how to prepare it/myself.
I intend to do this regardless, but I trust this silly little community more than a lot of other silly little communities, so I'd rather the warnings against doing it be omitted, and just go straight to the instructions.
Thanks, guys,
~Mimetic

Project MKULTRA
Project MK-ULTRA, or MKULTRA, was the code name for a covert, illegal CIA human research program, run by the Office of Scientific Intelligence. This official U.S. government program began in the early 1950s, continuing at least through the late 1960s, and it used United States and Canadian citizens as its test subjects. The published evidence indicates that Project MK-ULTRA involved the surreptitious use of many types of drugs, as well as other methods, to manipulate individual mental states and to alter brain function.
Project MK-ULTRA was first brought to wide public attention in 1975 by the U.S. Congress, through investigations by the Church Committee, and by a presidential commission known as the Rockefeller Commission. Investigative efforts were hampered by the fact that CIA Director Richard Helms ordered all MK-ULTRA files destroyed in 1973; the Church Committee and Rockefeller Commission investigations relied on the sworn testimony of direct participants and on the relatively small number of documents that survived Helms' destruction order.
Although the CIA insists that MK-ULTRA-type experiments have been abandoned, 14-year CIA veteran Victor Marchetti has stated in various interviews that the CIA routinely conducts disinformation campaigns and that CIA mind control research continued. In a 1977 interview, Marchetti specifically called the CIA claim that MK-ULTRA was abandoned a "cover story."
On the Senate floor in 1977, Senator Ted Kennedy said:
The Deputy Director of the CIA revealed that over thirty universities and institutions were involved in an "extensive testing and experimentation" program which included covert drug tests on unwitting citizens "at all social levels, high and low, native Americans and foreign." Several of these tests involved the administration of LSD to "unwitting subjects in social situations." At least one death, that of Dr. Olson, resulted from these activities. The Agency itself acknowledged that these tests made little scientific sense. The agents doing the monitoring were not qualified scientific observers.
To this day most specific information regarding Project MKULTRA remains highly classified.

Three UK ex-servicemen have been given compensation after they were given LSD without their consent in the 1950s. The men volunteered to be "guinea pigs" at the government research base Porton Down after being told scientists wanted to find a cure for the common cold.
But they were given the hallucinogen in mind control tests, and some volunteers had terrifying hallucinations.
The Foreign Office said the secret intelligence body MI6 had made the settlements after legal advice.
The out-of-court settlements are thought to be under £10,000 for each of the men.
In a statement issued later to the BBC News website, the Ministry of Defence said it did not make any admission of liability in respect of the settlements.
The statement added: "The Ministry of Defence is very grateful to all those whose participation in studies at Porton Down made possible the research to provide safe and effective protection for UK Armed Forces."
A spokesman for the Foreign Office, which oversees MI6, said: "The settlement offers were made to the government on behalf of the three claimants which, on legal advice, and in the particular circumstances of these cases, the government thinks it appropriate to accept."
The men had volunteered for experiments at the government's chemical warfare research base at Porton Down in Wiltshire in 1953 and 1954.
Following the settlement, Don Webb, who was a 19-year-old airman at the time, told BBC Radio 4's Today programme: "I think they grudgingly acknowledged that they did something wrong.
"They stick to the old maxim: never apologise, never explain. But I think in this case they have decided to pay some money. I think that is as near to an apology or an explanation I'll get."
Both he and fellow serviceman Logan Marr, a former shepherd from the Scottish highlands, suffered hallucinations after they were asked to drink a clear liquid.
The third man did not wish to be named.
The research was carried out after British and American governments thought the Soviet Union had developed a "truth drug" which could compel spies and servicemen to yield up important secrets.
MI6 scientists decided to test LSD, the closest thing they thought they had to a truth drug, on volunteers to see how they reacted.
'Volunteers programme'
Alan Care, a lawyer who represented the three men, said: "As far as we are aware, these are the first settlements by the secret intelligence services for a personal injury action."
He added that a request that documents relating to the case be put into the public domain had been refused.
Some volunteers at the base did not find out they had been given LSD until 50 years later. Thousands of servicemen and women have volunteered in the testing of defences against chemical and biological attacks at the Wiltshire military base.
Research began in 1916 using a "volunteers programme", and up to 20,000 people took part in various trials in the 50 years up to 1989.
Last October, the government was found guilty of breaching the human rights of former soldier Thomas Roche, who claimed he developed health problems as a result of mustard gas and nerve agent tests in 1962 and 1963.

Psychedelic Mind Space Had some psychedelic headspace happening few days ago with a goodish dose of amt...
And it was allot more mind-twisty than I imagined, sorta thinking irrational thoughts and ideas. And it felt rather vague, memory wise afterwards . Is this common with psychedelics?
For example I remember seeing this pattern/fractal or something, and this sound would 'oscillate' in pitch, and I felt like 'it' (not an entity or something more like I was reading/viewing) was showing me how tiny my existence is or something... Was rather cool, and I felt I needed to get to the 'bottom/end' of the pattern/fractal by aligning myself in 'center' with it, so I moved on the floor trying to align myself lol. I also later on felt my environment take shape/vibe of something as if I was experiencing my future. And I didn't really think 'ah it's just the amt doing this' it was more of 'it's actually showing me something real'... Sooo yeah looking back on it I feel as though I was kinda in a really irrational headspace...
So could someone explain to me what sorta head space you get or what can be expected? All I can find on the net is a sorta a description of the 'psychedelic experience'.
Woot woot :D
Trying acid tonight for the first time I'm going to a party tonight. I'm hoping to try some acid... This is going to sound stupid but how do i take it in its blotter form? Also has anyone "candy-flipped" ( taken alongside with mdma) If so what's that like?. I've read alot about acid and i'm a little bit anxious but i'm remembering what the door mouse said ;) . I'll let you all know tomorrow how it went... Hopefully.12
Best things to do on cid… So i'm going to be trying cid for the first time tomorrow and have no idea what to do (plans)? Whats the best plans to make on cid? Need some ideas...movies, trippy music, party, ect.. any suggestions?123
Problems after acid? I took acid for the first time 5 months ago and had a really bad trip. I genuinely believed my brain was never going back to normal, causing panic attacks whilst tripping.... I had also taken MD a few hours before. Once back to normal it took me a week to stop feeling down then felt completely fine for about 3 weeks. But then started having quite bad anxiety and panic attacks again, never experienced them before taking LSD. I have a feeling that it's happening because I scared myself so much whilst tripping my brain freaks out because I don't want to experience feeling like that again?? Could it be the LSD that has caused this and any tips on how I can get over it? It's not majorly serious, the panicking isn't severe but I could do without it! Thanks x
