The new Meph? I keep seeing a million different things that are supposedly the 'new mephedrone'.
Can anyone give me some tips on some good legal alternatives to mephedrone?
And even maybe some good online places to buy that can be trusted?

Muscle spasms on Mephedrone. The last time I took Mephedrone, which was around two months ago, I got the same spasms. Basically I sniffed nearly 2g over a 12-14 hour period. I was lying in bed and noticed my left arm was tensing up and my veins were really noticeable. I took no notice and then within half an hour I started to get pains in my arms, my body started to feel cold and I started to get light heads. I got up and went down to the kitchen where I started to drink a lot of water, I got bad cramps in the back of my legs, which were very painful. I just had to continue walking around, keeping my legs and arms moving because if I stood In the one spot my legs got even more painful. It took around 4 hours for the whole thing to calm down, I still felt dizzy and had light heads but I was able to sleep later on that night.
I also had pains in the back of my head, do you think it could of been lack of food and water?
I guess my body doesn't like Mephedrone, and is just taking a bad reaction or could there be something wrong?
I've been to the doctor and had my blood pressure and blood taken, my results came back as a liver problem but I doubt this would interact with this.

What are they taking? There's new stuff going around and everyone has tried it. I know it's a research chemical and is being passed off as acid. I'm aware that is not, although others seem to be fooled into buying it again and again. So, of course it is being sold on blotters.
I haven't taken it so I can only describe the effects as they have been described to me.
Very intense visuals. The trip lasts approx. 6-8 hrs. I have been told you can see through people and its easy to get scared on this. I'm imagining that there is a swift change going on in their mental as well. Colors are very vibrant and there are patterns everywhere.
I'd really like to know what they're taking, I'd appreciate some insight.

AL-LAD blotter 150ug this had no effect.
5meo-dalt MPA blended pellet - pleasant enough at start, bit stimitrippy but nothing to much to write home about.
The new style M&M pellets i.e. MPA / N-methyl-2-Aminoindane blend - stimi but nothing to amazing.
Lucky for me I got hold of a 6apb stash before the ban. Realised it looked a bit too white. Tried some the other day and found it did not have the same qualities I had come to love and know. Apart from the AL-LAD, I've always used my same and trusted vendor for all my research. After finding out I've been done over on the 6apb and the bk-2c-b being so poor, I'll have to start over on finding another vendor.
I'm not after vendor recommendations here but if anyone can suggest any research chemicals that would be worth looking up, I'd appreciate hearing your suggestions.

Flu Injection + Mephedrone. Basically I did something stupid. I got my flu injection today then ended up taking some Mephedrone, I wasn't thinking. Only took 2 lines over a 8 hour period.
Around ten minutes after the second line, my feet and legs started to feel cold and the muscles on my legs started to tighten up along with my two arms. I then started to get light heads, I got myself into a cold shower and that calmed everything down for around 5 mins then my muscles started to tighten up again.
Any advise?
MDAI Warning I'm not dying or anything, and i didn't have a heart attack like that other poor fella (hope you are ok friend) but i recently took some MDAI and am still feeling the effects, in an unpleasant way, 3 days later.
In summary, the after effects are frequent pulses, which come in groups of one to about 6 or so a few times every minute, with an accompanying dizzyness. It is constant, and will not be lessened with alcohol. It makes sleep difficult, both getting to sleep and staying asleep.
The 'pulses' feel like pressure of some kind in the head and face, or even pulses of electricity. They are mild but worrying, and come with a disconcerting feeling of sinking inside, especially in the face, behind the nose, cheekbones, and inside the skull. It is not painful. The heart is not beating faster, but seems to beat harder than usual, but could be my imagination. When i lie down to sleep, or relax in any way, I can almost hear the pulses when they come, and feel them more intensely, as a sort of tightening feeling in my face and head.
It won't go away. It is now Sunday morning 11.25. I first took half a gram (dissolved in coffee, disgusting taste but great buzz half an hour later) on Thursday lunchtime, about midday. I then took another 0.35 of a gram in the same way, at lunchtime the next day, Friday. So 0.85 of a gram total over 24 hours. I had come down by friday night, or so i thought, because the main effects had worn off by about 9 that evening. But here I am 36 hours and 2 sleeps later with no lessening of after effects. They were there when I woke up, exactly the same as when I was trying to sleep 8 or more hours ago.
I am 5'10", and 73 kilos, slim toned athletic. Frequent cyclist. 35 years old. I have done extacy and coke before and after effects have been spaced out for ex, and shitty for coke (im not a fan of coke but i like ex) but have never lasted this long, or been as sharp.
So, is it just me? Let me know, please. I promise I will follow up this thread with a conclusion in a couple of weeks, hopefully to tell you how long it took for the after effects to disappear. I won't be taking MDAI again, even though i like it and have some left. I never post on here usually, it was just the first site that came up when I typed MDAI review into google, but I have read a few posts and you seem like thoughtful people who like getting high, like me in other words.

Some guidance please Hello all,
I have been trying to find a reputable vendor of research chemicals in my country (Canada). The guidance I would appreciate is with regards to attempting to ascertain how reputable each vendor is ( I have found some potential vendors but do not know if they can be trusted). I understand the etiquette of forums such as this, and I am not going to beg for someone to PM their favorite vendor (being new to the site with one post doesn't help in that regard). Short of that, what strategies could you share with me that helped you find your local, reputable vendor.

My RC researching. OK,
So it's still pretty hard for me to get stuff around here so I thought I may as well have a dabble with some RCs to see if any of the easy to obtain and still legal ones were any good.
As you know I got some Etizolam 1mg pellets (which they fucked my order on and I got 100 for the price of 50!).
The Etiz are pretty good, I actually prefer them to the diaz as they seem to make me a bit more ready brek glowie, and staggery and the duration is pretty long.
I got 10 x Diclazepam 2mg as a free sample (still yet to try those).
I got 500mg of AMT (which I have still yet to research).
And although as most of you know I don't really do stims but I really fancied sniffing something so I bought 2g MPA (methiopropamine) and got a free sample of Synthacaine.
Firstly the Synthacaine: If you do not have "problems" with certain stims (like I do), then this is actually pretty good (for a blend). Smells, quite nice sort of like not quite cocaine. Doesn't taste to bad and the drip isn't too bad.
I would say the buzz is somewhere between cocaine and MDMA. Dilated pupils, a bit of jaw tension and mild gurning at higher doses, nice tingly sensations over the body and fairly stimulated (if a bit cloudy headed). It is pretty moreish though.
So on to the problems, I can't really do speed or mandy cos as well as the usual winkie shrinkage it seems to affect my ability to be able to pee and gives me a minute bladder. This stuff does exactly the same.
Other than that, if you like that sort of thing it's well worth the price that this stuff goes for (it's loads cheaper than coke or mandy).
Methiopropamine, is fucking awesome. You only need to do a tiny key and the comeup is like your head is about to explode. This calms down a little to a very stimulated but very focussed buzz. No body sensations, or jaw clenching (makes me sweat a fair bit though), dilated pupils but other than that you can easily get away with it in very public situations (I'm sitting here in my mate's shop bashed up at the moment and he hasn't noticed anything.
It burns like hell when you sniff it and although it's pretty moreish, the effects last between 1.5 to 2 hours before you wanna redose (unless you really want to go for it).
Although it does give a slight winkie shrinkage (not as bad as the synthacaine) it doesn't seem to affect my ability to pee or the size of my bladder, so this is definitely the stim for me. MUCH better and long lasting than coke and much cheaper.
I will follow up when I have tried the AMT (I just need to find an opportunity) and also the Diclazepam.
Help Needed!!! Me and my Partner last night got a couple of g,s of MKAT from our local guy
When we picked it up he said it was different and smelt very different he was not kidding when I opened the bag it smelt like pure sick very hard to even stand....it was in the same slightly larger than normal crystals and crushed down way to easy with no effort at all.
We had a line or 2 and at about 8,30 last night and within about half an hour we was flying.... was like a cocaine buzz but speedy at the same time not like the buzz I get from the MKAT
Anyway we thought result this is awesome
Then comes the bad part we both kept taking lines and after a few more hours we started to get very lethargic and tired which was not normal...could not string a sentence together for love or money and my kidneys feel like they are being crushed
my Partner got it worse and has been throwing all night right up to now
I just wonder if anyone knows what this substance might be I suspect it will b a legal high but i have been out the loop on them for years
