Salvia I know Salvia is legal in the UK and I have a few questions regarding it:
I've done marijuana before and some Mkat, but that's it.
I was wanting to try something a little different, but not dangerous.
My first question is, what are the dangers of smoking Salvia? Besides the obvious 'it damages with your lungs'.
My 2nd question: What are the effects of it, and what is the high like?

Also, I know that it's legal, but is it illegal to grow it? Even if it's not intended on being used for human consumption?

New online survey on Salvia use Dr Harry Sumnall (LJMU, UK), Dr Jon Cole (University of Liverpool, UK), and Dr Fiona Measham (University of Lancaster, UK) have launched an exploratory study investigating Salvia Divinorum use. Please note that this study is only currently open to over 18s.
Despite Salvia Divinorum being legally controlled in several countries and discussions on legal status taking place elsewhere, there have been few investigations of its use. This research aims to find out about how people are using Salvia and to make a brief assessment of the types of effects they report. Survey results will be shared with health professionals, members of the public, policy makers, and other scientists at conferences and in scientific journals.
We have no agenda to pursue with this research, we're just interested in collecting and reporting accurate and objective information, and to help develop health and harm reduction advice.
If you have used Salvia Divinorum at least once in the past then please consider taking part.

Salvia, fuck me! Last night / this morning tried salvia....
My god I thought i was going to end up on a psyciatric ward.
I took a hit the last one of a crazy night. I didn't know anything was happening, then realised one of my mates had moss all over his face then his skin had cracks all over it like an old china vase.....
..... next thing I know, I'm hugging one of my mates for dear life. The trip crept up on me without me realising what was going on, so much that I couln't think what was real and not real. Everything I looked at was repeated infinatly, all I could see was normal but but a very narrow horizontal version repeated in infiite sprirals. I then started to panic I thought id fucked my brain up and was asking my mates to help me, over time the sprial started to unravel but then all my vison was made up of ginger bread men shapes...
I was glad when it was over but can't wait to buy some more now I know what to expect and that it may feel totaly mad but mental stability does return12

Salvia I just got a salvia connection. I've wanted to try the drug for a long time but could never find it. His next shipment is supposed to come in today but I won't see till at least Monday. Do you guys have any words of advice? I know it's a strong drug so I was hoping you could give me some helpful tips.

did a half bowl in a new pipe bought the same day, i smoked the bowl, held it in for as long as i could and all that ...
started to feel the effects within seconds and suddenly was sitting at a wooden table, kind of like the one i have at home with what seemed to be my wife and kids (by the way i dont have either!) we where talking, i cant give you the exact words or even an idea of what was said all i remember is my kid on the left and my wife on the right, i was scared in the first few seconds but after that was perfectly fine ... it started to end and my chair started to lean back ... i came to with a mouth full of spit and facing the grass turned to my left to find rach staring at me and ed laughing ...
