TV Celebs In terms of pure fantasy sex, I am unable to watch HOlly Willoughby on the telly without getting massively aroused at what I would like to do with her.

TV… who has one? i am now totally free of the idiot box and can honestly say i dont miss it at all. was watching some at a freinds house the other day though and is so wierd after you've had a break and then watch it, everything seems so strange, fuck watchin it ever again really. still watch films and documentarys and stuff on the net, but thats it..12
Whats a good movie that a lot of people on here might not of heard ? I watched a fucking AWESOME movie last night -
'I love you phillip Morris'
Don't be put of by the title - Its about a guy (jim carey) who is an expert con artist. I subsequently ends up in jail and breaks out multiple times.
Its Jim carey at his finest imo. The scatty outrageous humor you see from in his older movies but the classic acting talent he exemplifies in movies like 'the truman show'
I was gripped from the first scene right to the end, loads of twists.
Oh and its based on a true story !!
(Don't read about the true story first though cause it will ruin the movie)
'Worlds greatest dad'
Again don't be put of by the shit title.
A family man and failing english teacher (robbie williams) is cursed with a right little cunt of a son.
I can't say to much about the plot line because it will expose a big part of the movie.
Its a black comedy but really endearing. Some parts will make you laugh and others will subtly pull your heartstrings.
- Its a really original movie concept.
This all I can think of at this moment, but I'm really open to recommendations and understand that all the best movies are poorly advertised.1234
DE : Die Sendung mit der Maus ( Mouse-TV ) The Germans also have a cartoon mouse on their kids TV - although this one is 10 years older than DM (first appeared 1971, a year before I was even born) and she (as might be expected) helps some other cartoon animals solve problems with in a peaceful consensus-based manner without doing anything silly.
It is still produced and transmitted to this day!
What you do also get (like similar kids shows elsewhere TV) is the human presenters explaining complex scientific concepts and behaving silly; but what makes this especially funny is some of the presenters are the same ones from the 1970s; [rather than 20-30 year olds trying to be kids] so are now well into their middle age (but still dress similar to how they would have done in 1980s).
Even funnier was that one dude (Armin) looked just like some priests/bishops I had been watching on EWTN Germany; it turns out he is from the same area [Köln] as them and around the same age (75)
Also although they use some modern CGI techniques the production methods have not changed much since 1970s/1980s. Watching it is almost like going back in time.
f the copyright permits it you might be able to watch at the link below (apparently if not that means it is on the normal TV somewhere) - the whole lot is of course in German but its not too difficult for those who do not have German as a first language (Mrs Robinson and Illiese would be able to understand it) and the program is equally popular with adults as kids in DE (including Frau Merkel who apparently tunes in every week) :laugh_at:
PS: you will even see Shaun the Sheep (Shaun das Schaf) on there; turns out WDR has part funded this animation for some years..
Neues von der Maus - Die Seite mit der Maus - WDR Fernsehen
scenes that choke you up. I just watched that episode of futurama when fry finds his dog and doesnt unfreeze him because he asumes the dog had a great life without him.
Then at the end you see the dog wait outside the pizza joint for fry for years and years looking disapointed because he never turns up :(
:'( who cuttin these onions man....1234
SE : Swedish still do not understand British humour ;) Although I have great respect for the positive attitude to Eurovision that SVT, DR, NRK (not even in EU!) and other nations have (it is a part of lot more than just the song contest) I think this producer has got it wrong to blame Terry for this.
His "funny foreigner" jokes were mild by the standards of British TV of the era; he was himself not English so a minority group presenter - and EBU themselves removed the one thing that might have encouraged a straight adult male to still watch Eurovision in the 1990s by allowing and/encouraging entrants to sing in English rather than their own native languages.
As a boy I can still remember the 1980s laughing at Terry with his polyester suit and hairstyle (apparently he had hair but it always looked like he wore a wig) whilst wondering what the tall blonde lasses were singing about in their languages which were "a bit like English but different" and hoped that one day I could understand them (it did take another 30 years)...
We did win it at least once during Terry's time on there - which pissed off Thatcho twice as they picked some really obscure place to hold the UK contest which would have cost loads in BBC and British Telecom overtime; then the Germans beat us because of protest votes against the Falklands :laugh_at:
I agree the BBC today does not take Eurovision seriously but their management and reputation is fucked from employing thugs and child molesters for so many years and the fallout from dealing with this; its unfair to blame one presenter for these problems who has now passed away and compared to others of his time was a saint (BTW the Catholic padre who used to regularly do the obligatory "BBC religious" bit on Terrys show hints that he may well have rediscovered his faith and had the Last Rites etc - I wonder if you can now lobby your national diocese to suggest folk for canonisation? :laugh_at: )

DK/NL : Some 1980s/90s? testpatterns and Danish Rap! A Dutch chap received these a few years ago during the atmospherics.
Although the main test card seen is a Philips pattern and often associated with NL it was invented in Copenhagen; although the local TV uses a German pattern.
Sounds like the P&T/TDC used an ø for the test tone whilst Danmarks Radio used å :laugh_at:
A lot of countries (DE, NL and NO also did this) identified whether a test pattern was from the TV broadcaster or the PTT telecom (they often owned the transmitter network) - this was encouraged by the EBU amd CEPT as it made it easier to track down any routing errors or video link failures...
For the era (I was working as a broadcast engineer during the end of the 1990s) they are using very advanced equipment compared to what the UK and NL had (such as custom overlays on the test pattern)
There is even a digital transmission link (the moving vertical line is added to warn if the encoder has crashed as many would just output the last contents of the framebuffer, a static image would not warn the engineers this has happened).
I initially thought TV/2 Lorry meant the signal was from an outside broadcast van but it is a place in Copenhagen where since 1999 TV2 send the news from an old listed building. The Council are likely to have discouraged using a satellite dish or big antenna but TDC would have been able to supply a fibre circuit or multiple ISDN connections which work better with digital encoding (around 34 MB/s with more compression was normal for a newsroom, cheaper than 270MB/s for full quality video)
At 01:48 to 02:07 there is a rap song; I assume DR is relaying the "youth station" on the soundtrack and this is in Danish (I wonder who the group is?)

Kodi visualisations in action This is what the music visualisations look like (even after being converted to analogue TV format and displayed on a CRT set from 2005 + 2 others in the house via a distribution amplifier..)

DIY "pirate TV" broadcast on the old analogue frequencies :) surprisingly good quality given the HDMI de-embedder was about €10 from Amazon, as long as the player software is correctly configured it handles aspect ratio and frame rate changes perfectly which was a real challenge when I was working as a broadcast engineer many years ago.
The flashing is because the old CRT TV is not synchronised to my phone camera.
Its a good thing I don't have cable service and have grown up a bit or it would be tempting to try and backfeed the cable to set up a pirate TV station like folk across Europe did in the 80s/90s (today you would also have to be careful to keep clear of the frequency bands used for Internet services) :)

The Brethus' Review Of, "F Is For Family"
---
-Description-
-
On December 18th, 2015 a new, "Netflix Original," show called, "F Is For Family," which was, thankfully, created by comedian Bill Burr and Michael Price.
With mostly positive reviews from critic-based websites like rotten tomatoes and meta-critic it is gaining popularity. The show is based on a simple family in the 70's scraping by and trying to survive their miserable lives and escaping everyday stressful situations such as bullies, neighbors, bosses, black people, and of course each other. Moreover, the show takes place in the 1970s, "a time when you could smack your kid, smoke inside, and bring a gun to the airport" One of the more vulgar shows out there, to me, I find it quite hilarious and it also has a great little story to the first season.
With only 6 episodes running about 30 minutes, the 1st season has great story progression and character development. The emotional distress and bonding between the family members is what drags me to love the show because of my relationship with my parents and siblings. As messed up as the family is you come to learn that they all have their resentments and issues, but if you pay attention, you can feel the love and connection between them.

-Main Family-
Frank Murphy - (Bill Burr)
The father, Frank Murphy, runs the household by working at an airport. As a Korean War veteran he is very ill tempered and vulgar. He hates people but loves television.
-
Sue Murphy - (Laura Dern)
The mother, Sue Murphy, is the care taker of the family by cooking, cleaning, keeping peace, but most importantly, selling plastic Tupperware to the surrounding areas.
-
Kevin Murphy - (Kevin Long)
Kevin, the eldest son, is 14 and failing out of school. Although he despises his father and his orders, he always helps his brother when in need, or when on weed.
-
Bill Murphy - (Haley Reinhart)
As the middle child, Bill, is seen as the, "Pussy," of the group due to how he deals with his bullies and how he has no spine, according to his father.
-
Maureen Murphy - (Debi Derryberry)
Now, Maureen, is the youngest, and according to Frank, the princess. He sees her as the best behaved child, but when away from him she is actually the worst.
-
D.O.G - (Major)
Finally we have the least seen family member, and that's Major. Not too much character development other than leg-humping and occasionally standing cross eyed.

-I GIVE WHAT INFORMATION I CAN TO MY KNOWLEDGE. I LOOKED UP NAMES FROM WIKIPEDIA, BUT DESCRIPTION IS FROM ME-
-Side / Recurring Characters-
---
Vic - (Sam Rockwell)
Vic is Frank's party-animal and playboy neighbor. Unbeknownst to Vic Frank isn't too fond of his lavish lifestyle, or him. He snorts various substances and is very spiritual.
Kenny & Phillip - (Debi Derryberry)
Kenny & Phillip are brothers(?) who are friends with Bill and Maureen. You have to infer that their parents are either gone or hillbillies due to their behavior and speech.
David Koechner - (Bob Pogo)
Bob is senior Vice President of Mohican Airways, where Frank works. He's second in command and first in line for a heart attack.
Rodger Dunbarton - (Gary Cole)
Mr. Dunbarton is President/CEO of Mohican Airways and would never fuck someone as old as his daughter. He's as stereotypical as a white corporate CEO can get.
Rosie - (Kevin Michael Richards)
Rosie is Frank's good friend at the baggage claim inside of the airport. At least until Frank gets his promotion and the crew threatens a strike.
-THERE ARE OTHERS OBVIOUSLY BUT I COULDN'T REMEMBER THE NAMES AND COULDN'T DIG ANYMORE FOR INFORMATION DUE TO MY COMPUTER DYING-

-My Opinion & Review-
After watching the show two times through and taking in the comedic values and emotional connections, I've come to really like the show. I hope to see many more seasons and learn more about the characters. Kevin I can relate to most because he does miss his connection with his father that he use to have as a child, but now flunks out of school, gets suspended, and smokes weed. Bill and Maureen are just like a lot of siblings, and really, the whole family is completely similar to my family. The other characters, not too much, but they add more of a hilarity factor to the show.
-
Out of 5 I give it a 4.5
Just because I'd like to see more character development and more down-to-heart stories.
What's your opinion of the show?
If you haven't watched it, check out the trailer or try to find it on Netflix!

UK : The new Danger Mouse This is actually quite decent to be fair!
They have managed to combine modern "Japanese" style animation and CGI and developments in tech with the humour of the old series; although for some reason all the original characters appear to be a few years younger [DM and Penfold appear to now be in their 20s rather than 30s - Colonel K who is now in early rather than late middle age; Baron Silas (von) Greenback has quit smoking cheap gaspers and now has a German/American accent.
Stilleto now speaks like someone from IT/RO but living in London would :laugh_at:
In one episode Greenback sets up a startup company to replace DM with robots; and in another is responsible for s DDOS attack - although Colonel K finally been convinced to use new communications equipment; as well as a hologram for communications he uses a Motorola 3200 GSM :laugh_at:

The new Professor Squarkencluck (the old guys niece) is from Northern Britain (I had expected her to be cast as a posh English girl from SE England) Although voiced by a Scottish/Malaysian actress she does not have a particularly broad Scots accent and could equally be from Northumbria/Durham/Carlisle or similar places (where you would be likely find a smart and very assertive lass).
I did however have to use methods similar to Baron Greenback to download the MP4s of the previous shows [simply so I could watch them on more than one device without them expiring] as it is insanely difficult now to record a TV show in reasonably high quality (compared to 20 years ago when you just used a S-VHS video recorder)
Also found this amusing - Auntie had to use taxpayers money from IE (the bit of Ireland which is not part of the UK and once was at war with us) to fund the cartoon :laugh_at:

I am not sure which other countries DM would be shown in as the BBC 1 feed does not have kids programmes on it any more; it is most likely to turn up on the dedicated channel for kids on your public service broadcaster i.e KIKA [DE] / TV-Børn [DK] / NPO Zapp [NL]
NL/DE : The Pirate TV station of Hengelo (auf Deutsch) if you do not understand German, you can still look at the pictures :) - this Dutch chap (I think he is just a couple of years older than me) set up a pirate TV station in the 1990s, using the kind of modulators and amplifiers normally used to share TV signals across a large communal building.
He managed to transmit to the head end receiver at Hengelo which meant everyone with cable-TV could watch :laugh_at: He transmittted all sorts of random stuff like early computer graphics, "yoof TV" and even a test card from Danmarks Radio :laugh_at:
In the end it got in the news so he had to stop because the Politie and PTT Radiocontrole Dienst would eventually track him down (the cable TV company must have complained) but he didn't get raided as he's still got all his transmitter equipment stored away!
