fasting i've decided to do a fast starting from early evening today... im slowing my intake now and will probably eat some pulses and veg for dinner. tomorrow hopefully i'll go for slow walk in the day and go to a pilates class in evening, and if i'm feeling it will try to get through the night. i'll be drinking water throughout. it could probably be nice to make a few updates here to keep up motivation or to say if i'm cracking. i used to do this when i was in israel for yom kippur with a past gf, though that was from around 5pm to 7pm the following day and only one night without eating, and with inspiration of the whole country doing it with you. my current gf fasts for 3 days straight so 2 nights doesn't seem so bad... well thats the goal anyway, if i make it 24 hours at least then i'll still be happy. its been something i've been wanting to do for a while, but you know with these things; time passes and it doesn't happen. i'm waiting to start a new job soon and i'll not get the time to do this like i have now... so here goes... hope i can show some spine and not crack. i'l let you know
so starting between 5-6 tonight, ending (hopefully) friday morning.
feel free to make any comment during this time. encouragement would be nice, or just post pics of food if you're mean123
Spine damage. I've recently had another bout of lung problems, with such issues the muscles in my back are fucked from coughing so much. I've slipped 2 disks and damaged my sciatic nerve, thus, one monday I've gotta go have an MRI and possibly a giant needle stuck in my bum. The lumbar area of my spine is visually knackered, and its looking highly unlikely that I'm gonna be skateboarding again.......

Tips for looking after your hair Some good tips for hair care...
You can also apply a paste of yogurt and soaked fenugreek seeds. It is a good solution for treating dandruff. Egg is also a good hair conditioner. Egg yolk is an excellent source of protein that is rich with essential fatty acids and vitamins to nourish the hair scalp and also prevent dandruff. It offers shine and glaze to the hair for a lustrous, smoother and softer feel. Hair care from home is simple and easy, and very cheap compared to hair care at salons
Choose a brush made of soft plastic, as it is gentler on hair than harsh boar bristles or more rigid natural bristles. Find a brush with ball-tipped bristles for a smoother effect on the hair and brush lightly. Vented brushes allow for a more even dispersion of heat and smoother brushing while blow-drying. Hair dries more quickly without burning of your hair or scalp. The gentlest option of all? A wide-toothed comb.

4. Apply the warm mixture of olive oil, lemon juice and coconut oil. Do a steam -towel- wrap for 15 minutes and wash the hair with a mild shampoo.
5. Last but not least, urine is really great for the scalp. I know I love it when someone pees on my head.12
