Global group tells Obama to crush laws passed by voters in Washington and Colorado
By Bill WhiteIn an unprecedented challenge to American sovereignty, the United Nations has ordered the American states of Colorado and Washington to repeal laws passed by popular referendumlegalizing the use of marijuana, claiming that these violate American treaty obligations. The global group has ordered the federal government to use force, if necessary, to bring the two Western states into compliance. While AMERICAN FREE PRESS is opposed to the use of illicit drugs, the showdown between the UN and two states poses a dilemma for Washington. Will United States officials back the popular will of the people in two states or will they side with an international organization?Attorney General Eric Holder stated he is reviewing the laws in Colorado and Washington and that the Department of Justice is considering bringing suit to nullify the popular votes. The Drug Enforcement Administration, an armed American internal security organization, through its former administrators, opined that they believed they should be permitted to use force to suppress the efforts of Washington and Colorado to assert their states’ rights.
The confrontation may be setting the stage for a legal test of the degree to which international treaty obligations trump the Constitution and the 10th Amendment right of states to govern their own affairs. The Constitution allows foreign treaties to have the force of law—but only recently has America seen an administration that wants foreign internationalist groups to govern the U.S. in violation of basic American rights. The UN is a “democratic socialist” organization that seeks to eliminate all national borders in favor of a world government and a New World Order in which a handful of elites control the wealth and resources of the world, while the world’s people labor on their behalf.Under previous administrations, the U.S. has resisted UN authority, refusing to endorse the World Court or to participate in economically devastating treaties that limit carbonemissions from industry. However, the Obama administration, also fundamentally internationalist and socialist, has taken a different tack—“inviting” American local and state governments to “voluntarily” participate in UN environmental initiatives, like Agenda 21, which mandates how private property holders can use their own land. The question now is to what degree and with what force Obama and Holder will attempt to suppress the people of Washington and Colorado. Obama, an admitted marijuana user in his youth who has also been accused of cocaine and crack cocaine use, has little credibility in launching an anti-drug campaign against Western states. But he has previously ordered federal security forces to attack and close medical marijuana facilities in states where its use is legal and has cared little for the impact of such enforcement on his public perception.Under the U.S. concept of “dual sovereignty,” federal laws and state laws may conflict, and federal agents may enforce laws not recognized by the states. Several states, including Alaska, have made it a crime for federal agents to enforce laws not recognized by the state, but such laws against federal agents have never been enforced.

Ding Dong the witch is dead! Every one really should buy it. This song has to reach number and get played on the BBC...
BBC Radio 1 is planning to play Ding Dong the Witch is Dead, the Wizard of Oz track being bought by anti-Thatcher protesters in the wake of the former prime minister's death, on its chart show on Sunday.
However, in what is thought to be a first for the BBC chart show, the corporation is considering having a Newsbeat reporter explain why a song from the 30s is charting to Radio 1's target audience of 16- to 24-year-olds – none of whom will remember Margaret Thatcher's controversial premiership.
In what could be seen as the first major test for the new director general, Tony Hall, BBC insiders said the track is likely to be played if it makes it into the top of the charts in defiance of criticism from Tory supporters.
The Official Charts Company said on Thursday morning that Ding Dong the Witch is Dead was on course to reach number four, up from 10 the previous day.
The Daily Mail has been leading the charge against Facebook and Twitter campaigners trying to push the song, which has become the anthem of anti-Thatcher protesters.

Anonymous citizen media "on a par with a newspaper" says Ivory Tower recluse BBC News - Anonymous group launches citizen journalism website
Good thing, bad thing, indifferent thing. I can see one difference, newspapers charge advertisers and can hire and fire staff, can relocate, can claim tax exemptions.
So where he gets this idea from that it's a level playing field I really couldn't say... but then academics tend to be well insulated from cold reality.

The decade of destruction List natural and government/war related incidents from 2010-2020..
' this is the decade of destruction.
Ok so my memory of previous events is pretty terrible, so lets start with...
2011 - England riots caused from police shooting mark dougan
2012 - Japanese nuclear melt down, earthquakes, philapeanes earthquake, loads more which I can't remember, government exposed by Julian asange seeking refuge.
2013 - earthquakes worldwide (same as every year), possible war on Iran, invasion on multiple middle eastern countries and rebellions on their leaders, America threatens n. Korea, bomb explosion in Boston.
so, constant earthquakes and 'natural disasters' constantly occurring, constant bombs going off killing tens of people daily in middle eastern countries, government spending more money on power than helping Africa (a dying country and population in dyre need)12

Oh America… Eric Bolling: Schools ‘pushing the liberal agenda’ by teaching algebra | The Raw Story
“But even worse is the way some textbooks are pushing the liberal agenda,” the Fox News host explained, pointing to an algebra worksheet that Scholastic says gives students “nsight into the distributive property as it applies to multiplication.”
“Distribute the wealth!” Bolling exclaimed, reading the worksheet. “Distribute the wealth with the lovely rich girl with a big ole bag of money, handing some money out.”
Co-host Kimberly Guilfoyle explained that the algebra worksheet had put her on “high alert” for the liberal agenda in her 6-year-old son’s curriculum.
The distributive property is OBVIOUSLY part of the nefarious socialist agenda!
The Falklands war (Your personal views) As Maggie is a current event, it has had me thinking about the Falklands. I have seen loads of documentaries on it, the best one is the one made at the time of the war if you ask me. I will link it at the bottom if anyone wants to watch it.
So as I was too young to have loved though it or had any friends to have been sent over and live it first hand, I have always been like indecisive on the whole thing. So here's how the picture has been painted for me though the media
GBR are in legal ownership of the Maldives and the Argies president at the time was under attack from his people for being a rubbish leader etc. So he stages a coup to reclaim the islands for Argentina. This gains him allot of approval from his people.
Ok also was Thatcher right to invade the islands and try and take them back rather than just waiting them out as the disruption in Argentina at the time would have surely thwarted any long term plans they had for taking back the islands. They were changing their president every couple of months at the time. Also The Argentine soldiers who invaded were not paid or full trained. They were conscripts and when the war was over they were left for weeks in the cold and wet and they were dying from exposure.
TBH this war was a load of hogwash if you ask me and Thactcher really pisses me of in this documentary. But anyway see for yourselves.
I can't embed it cos it is split into a playlist and I don't know how to do that. Also there is a sound bug where it had come from a VHS cassette but it is still very watchable
