Joesph Fritzl & Other Type Of Hostage Rape Isn't it a horrible thought to think the amount of people kept hostage, children, teenagers, adults just locked away somewhere not able to leave being raped or whatever other twisted sick shit these people inflict on these poor victims. It's already known that people get abducted for these purposes and never escape apart from maybe death. Some horrific shit goes on in this world and I'm grateful for now I've never been a victim of such an atrocity.
So my heart goes out to the people currently suffering from these brutal cold hearted crimes, and why people do them I think some people suffer from a bad nurture growing up and some are just natural born fuck ups.
What are your thoughts? Is the death sentence or life in prison really justice for these types of crime? Who would imprison and rape their own daughter for over 20 years, you've got to be a real piece of shit to do this (Fritzl).
I don't believe in utopia and science says that diversity of life is how the gene pool works, so I guess we get beautiful kind people, and brutal psychopathic, sociopathic wankers in this diversity too. It's a real sad state of affairs and one I don't think education will ever fix, it can help, but never fix. If you listen to sex offenders (for example watch Louis Theroux LA Stories Sex Offenders) and you'll see these people know that what they're doing is wrong, but the urge for them to commit the crimes even when they set out that day in their mind saying I'M NOT GOING TO, they find themselves unable to stop themselves, tunnel vision one guy described it. He tried chemical castration and he says after 4 months it stopped working, and his last hope attempt and not re-offending is a home castration as he cannot afford a hospital one (or they are illegal).
Just a thought I had, for example that famous media figure Madeline Mccann could be in one of these horrible situations right now, who knows. One think I do know, is that the people committing these crimes are sub-human and deserve some sort of justice which is probably only a shred of what they do to the victims.

We have put together a petition regarding legal highs as there is a lot of talk that there is a carpet ban coming in the UK,well it is general election time ,same time last ban came in that was unnecessary .
We do not think this is the correct way to deal with drugs and to lower deaths from legal highs that have got alot higher since the last big ban.

record gaming on PC. help me? I have gone through 3 different desktop recorders and in just a few days because they don't work. One doesn't allow you to record sound so I couldn't actually use for anything good like I wanted. The second one was poor quality. The 3rd recorded the first 10 seconds then stopped and only recorded sound playing with a frozen frame. (Sorry for the mouthful)
Anyone know of any good recording software that will work for PC gaming? Or does anyone know how to use OBS (Open Broadcaster Software) who could give me tips. If it helps I'm going to be recording a Minecraft Survival series (just gaming though, no voice)
The importance of sleep, and how it works Sleep. A wonderful thing to many, myself included, but the science behind it is what is truly wonderful, without it, we would simply waste away, become weak, psychotic, violent and inevitably, dead. Many have wondered, why do we need say 8 hours? why not 12, why not 3? The answer is that the human brain works on perfectly timed cycles, breaking these cycles through drugs, homelessness, alcohol all do unbelievable damage, most, thankfully are repairable though, you guessed it, a good nights sleep.
As I'm sure many of you are aware, there is another side to sleep, not just the joyous dreamscape's we all venture off to to live out the wild and fanciful connotations our minds create for us, as short lived as they are; but it is for the repair of broken links, broken cells, damaged souls and even broken hearts. I personally love my sleep, I know its 2:20am and your reading this thinking, 'well thats a bit rich', but I've MADE my body change its cycle over many years, and not for the better either.....
The states of sleep are vast, these have been placed in to stages such as R.E.M. (Rapid Eye Movement), N.R.E.M. (Non Rapid Eye Movement) with R.E.M. being the state in which we dream our wonderful dreams. Where as N.R.E.M. is considered to be the 'tossing and turning' side of things, which has born expressions like 'I could not sleep, I was tossing and turning all night' and so on, this is not a one off issue, it is a vital part of sleep.
Not sure what point there was to this but hey ho.
