fans post your favorites.
I will start . .. . this Halloween dj mix comes from one of our founders, SKYNET, and never leaves my car all year round.. Its 3-4 year old now but is a true masterpiece. As he used 31 Halloween themed tracks and 31 horror movie samples layered together in 80 min set that slices from breakbeat, house, electronic, dub, Miami bass, electro house, funk and Scratching. Few djs can play many styles together, but this is very smooth and features
Friday 13th, Halloween movie, Exorcist, several SAW movies, Poltergiest, Nightmare before Christmas, ghostbusters, Nightmare on Elm Street, Vincient price, American werewolf in London, Thriller + many more I cant think of.

Some Sites To Help Find Similar Music To What You already Like. Few little gems to help people discover new music :).
My favourite: Music-Map - The Tourist Map of Music
Just type an artists name and it creates a map showing similar styles to that entered, for instance these are the results for kraftwerk: Music-Map: Kraftwerk
Pretty highly recommended site which gives broader serach options with keywords and artist/band names. Musicroamer - Discover New Music Doing the same search for kraftwerk gives fewer results and doesn't open a new link to your search queries.
This is new to me but extends to all forms of digital media instead of just music. TasteKid | Recommends music, movies, books, games And again the same search as before: kraftwerk | Similar bands, artists
I'll have to mention this blog cos I thought I'd been snared in some NSA honeypot for a minute. The post talks about this exact subject and maybe of use to you. Find Similar Artists or Bands Based on Music You Like
Drugs live 2, Cannabis On Trial Second C4 show on drugs after they did the MDMA trial and was supposed to air in November but Finally I've just found out it's been announced for Tuesday 3rd March at 10pm
BE : looking for oldskool tune from 1991 with telecom info tone been searching almost 25 years for this tone in it; I didn't hallucinate hearing it from too many pills as I set up telecoms kit for my day job which means knowing what all the tones used in various parts of the world are.
My Professor friend who also sent a load of us an entire ETSI standards document from about 1992 in which they confirmed België used a very slightly different start frequency which was also how I could remember the tune (it was set to a breakbeat) - it wouldn't sound right with todays Euro-SIT that has 900 Hz start...
have tried Frank De Wulf, R&S records, and all the other usual suspects but not found it... (I did hear Vinyl vera play it a couple of years ago)

Remakes Within the past like 5 years, I've seen a shit ton of remakes of older movies that I used to LOVE when I was growing up in the grand old 90s. Jurassic Park, (soon to be) The Goonies, I think I heard they were remaking the Gremlins...the list continues.
I can take a few sequels occasionally but my main interest generally sticks with the original because unfortunately sequels don't really live up to the original's standards, just my opinion. I have been surprised by a few sequels; the Final Destination series was pretty great and of course Resident Evil.
The remakes are killing me. You want your kids/family enjoy an older movie? Go buy the original or rent it at the library. I don't see why we have to have a billion remakes of films that just cannot be remade in the right way. Don't get me started on Michael Bay.
cult/underground films any recommendations? i'll check out a few been posted already in other threads..

Kid Criminals Kid Criminals - Channel 4
Anyone else watch this? Very interesting, but perhaps a bit of a difficult watch for more sensitive viewers.
Poor kids. I have some serious issues, but fuck me, I've got it easy compared to most of these guys. To be so damaged, at such a young age. Makes you wonder how anyone could be rehabilitated after some of the happenings in lives of those featured in this programme.
Photosynthesis – Alexander Shulgin – Varieties of psychedelic experience Early Q&A session with Alexander Shulgin on the types of psychedelic experiences and even though the viewcount has risen since I last watched it I'm guessing some of you may not have so here it is )in 7 parts).
