its been going on for some time TBH, since the 1980s…. young teenagers, especially girls have always been attracted to nightlife and fashion. In Europe it has been stopped as much in legal events due to checking age ID more closely and making it law in some countries that event organisers are obliged to protect those under 18 from any sort of harm.
I’m a bloke nearing 40 who always goes decently dressed (I am of Asian ancestry and England in winter is cold) but I still get carded at all sorts of places.
