Hi guys,

Day 5!!!

Feeling much a better now, im sitting here drinking detox tea with acupuncture needles in both ears (knew that course would come in handy one day)

Most of the sweats and shivers have gone now, dyin for a fag but im desperately trying to cut down so I dont have to depend on poxy steroids and inhalers.. I hate em – apparently I have ‘crack lungs’

Im drifting off to morrisey….:love:

You know what I feel fckin fanbloodytastic!

I think the best thing is waking up ‘normal’, for years iv’e woken up sick and ran for my gear/methadone.

Now I wake up and can have a cuppa, go to bed when I want.

Cant believe its been so quick actually, today is the first day I feel pretty much human.

I took great joy in flushing the rest of my tablets down the bog!
