There’s speculation that the psilocybin analogue 4-aco-dmt partly/fully metabolizes to 4-ho-dmt.

People say its slightly different to mushrooms which could be due to the other chemicals in mushrooms effecting the trip, 4-aco-dmt only partially metabolizing to 4-ho-dmt and both chemicals having an effect, 4-aco-dmt being a prodrug to some previously unknown analogue or 4-aco-dmt not being a prodrug and being active by itself. I’m pretty interested in this shit. 🙂

Yeah, even the same strain of the same species can vary slightly in effects. 4-aco-dmt is illegal in the UK. Along with all but a couple of chems in PIHKAL
