This was the same argument against mephedrone – but both from the scientific evidence (chemical structure) and its effects it was clear it was similar to amfetamine.
6-APB is chemically similar to MDA. Having had MDA in pills many years ago I’d actually be less inclined to take it at work as it causes (minor) visual disturbances which could have unpleasant consequences as I cycle 7 miles each way (from experience, having already had a minor prang due to this).
I do not have trouble talking on coke (quite the opposite) – could be an additive which you and cliffy are slighly allergic to. this sort of adverse reaction to a drug presents fairly quickly though so you’d know if you are OK or unfit to work soon enough after taking it
LB sounds smart enough that if she were suffering any serious reaction she would have turned back during the long walk to work and called in sick 😉
