Snap fellas, same here! Don’t get me wrong, I still enjoy smoking weed, but don’t cane it up anywhere near as much as I used to. For a good few years it was ridiculous how much I’d smoke – getting up & doing bongs 1st thing in the morning is not conducive to any kinda decent life. Funny thing is, nowadays if I have an empty weekend & I feel like caning it up from early in the day, I get so fucked off it & really appreciate the buzz, as opposed to just doing it because it’s routine. When it comes to doing the things you enjoy, less is more it seems.

Ha ha, after seeing a post in another thread the other day, speaking of someone’s fondness for MDMA, I made reference to this thread in my reply (& in my defence, I did say in what I wrote that I was shamelessly doing so), but then received a proper funny little pic from know_hope in response to what I’d written & it musta struck a chord with me ‘cos it’s still making me chuckle every time I think about it.
