Seems the two sides have reached some sort of agreement, probably involving some burly coppers who would NOT be wearing any recording devices but may have rubber hoses.

One thing that I noticed in the linked article was a senior cop saying that the video would possibly need to be redacted before being released. How does that gel with him saying we have nothing to hide? Do the cops just wanna be certain their identities are hidden when they are breaking the law or shooting a poor black person.
