the last few times my pets have tripped acid they’ve done some thinking about what it does to their thinking. the simplest way they have come up with to describe its effects are that it “makes one focus on one line of thought or feeling to the exclusion of all else.” this thought can then go off on wild tangents and in my pets opinion, lead to very interesting and wildly deep conversations, one of the best parts about acid.
the focused thinking is also in my pet’s opinion, why my pets love music on acid, as it immerses them in it.
my pets also thoroughly enjoy food when tripping, especially sugary food like cinnamon buns. the first time my doggie Rex tripped he in fact at about 5000 calories worth of cinnamon buns, muffins, and other goodies in about 6 hours. this was not from hunger but form pure enjoyment of taste. the slowing of time and extreme focus on the delicious taste of the food can lead to intensely pleasurable gorging sessions.
