I used to take lots of acid.
You don’t know where you stand with acid, you might be having a bad trip but by the end of the night you realise you’d been enjoying yourself the whole time, and vice-versa!
When it’s bad, it’s really bad hehe. And when it’s good it’s so good you might think you’ll just … i dunno lol.
Someone said the LSD trip resembles schizophrenia. Nah, schizophrenia is more dissociative (l’ve never had schizophrenia but l’ve written a dissertation on it), l mean, really randomised, like a TV channel with poor reception (schiz.) rather than seeing purple bunnies on the TV (acid).
The Ketamine state is said to most closely resemble schizophrenia (if a normal dose is taken).
Back to acid: You might not realise how out of touch you are if you keep taking acid, but getting lost is half the fun… in your day-to-day life you’ll glow from inside and people will want to talk to you more than ever but you won’t be able to meet them halfway even though the world becomes so magical.
As an asides, l can’t believe that very much of the acid on the streets is LSD-25 (a.k.a. LSD or acid, d-lysergic acid diethylamide). I’m sure a lot of it is the much less potent, more toxic lysergic acid amide (LSA) (l think the same substance said to cause the Salem witch events, when produced by a rye fungus), extracted from Morning Glory seeds.
Careful when cultivating Morning Glory seeds – they are manipulated these days so that there is something wrong with the first generation of plants. You need to breed a generation or so to get proper seeds being produced by the plant, look it up if you are interested.
