sorry they are 1200w peaks, whitch means 600w speakers

im seriously looking for amp for these badboys, they say 8 Ohms as well, dont wanna spend more than 100, anyone got any ideas, cos im at a straight loss

i would love to make u an offer, what have u got, prob is, i would not know where to start with an offer, and u sound like a sound bloke, so i will let u decide what a reasonable amount to sell one for 🙂

PP – I work in Newbury, so I’d be happy to come to see you with an amp and some leads to give it a try.

I jutst need to establish connections – have your speakers got bare terminals on the back, or sockets? If sockets, which ones?

I also need to check the Ohm rating of the amps, they are 1200w, but I think they might go to 600W at 4Ohm, so hang on a day or two…

Mr AHC – you crack me up mate. Yes, I do give beers out, but only when peeps have come all the way from up North to buy old bits of rig off me – and even then I don’t let you in the house for a wee or owt(Sorry about that, the missus was in a foul mood that day, plus my big dog wanted to eat the little one that was with you….:laugh_at: )

PP – I have two PSL amps going for £125 each, with the opportunity to get a discount (of £25) if someone wanted the half working C-audio one…

So, if it works, would you pay the £125???

ill have to get new diapragms for the CD tweeters, well one, as the edge has come off so it might be a week

they are plugs whitch look like this

if i can get someone to buy the other amp, would u do it for 100 (sorry i just wasnt expecting to pay over a hundred as im proper skint), if not dont worry about it, this is just a side project i just want some proper loud speakers for parties etc
