I’m sorry but signatures have been for subscribers and staff only for some time now because of past abuse by spammers.

        What’s the ‘youth protection rules’?

they are called “United Nations Rights of the Child” (a “child” being definied as any human of any gender, nationality, race or religious upbringing from age 0-18). The whole lot is really complicated as in reality each nation or group of nations implement them to different extents, although European nations and liberal American states are roughly similar. You can find all the laws on the UN website (unless its been blocked by your ISP…); might be worth looking at as you could probably use the info for a high school project if your teachers are liberal minded….

The local multicultural centre runs this “European summer camp” project where youths travel to other European nations and stay with host families (who have kids of similar age). These youths can be as young as 12/13 in some nations though they are usually aged 16-18.

during the daytime they meet at the multicultural centre and work on digital media and music projects; they are allowed to discuss controversial subjects such as sex and drugs in these projects but are supervised when doing this (their content must not glorify anything that is definitely illegal).

Our community radio station was in the same place (I had to help haul half the equipment out of there into a van when they moved) and PV wasn’t blocked then; in fact it was because of this site (although when it was all one site) that the radio station asked me to help them out…
