I don’t really want all my stuff monitored by google TBH if anyone has any advice for some cool settings i’m all ears.
Thanks
From what I understand it’s pretty much impossible without installing a different browser/operating system BUT…
… it doesn’t matter anyway. Because people can just tap your traffic to and from your local connection point, so keeping the local authorities from your data is like…you can’t.
THE GOOD NEWS IS – they do not have the resources to hire people to monitor all the traffic from everybody. They don’t even have enough people to chase down all the auto-monitored traffic from the auto monitors that scan for keywords (it’s a maths thing – more connections and nodes, more monitors you need. Beyond a certain network limit monitoring with people becomes impossible).
So, unless you are doing things like building H-bombs in your basement or a cyber bank record attack, you get left alone. Google started as idealists, and while they have had to cut deals with realists, they are still a pretty good bunch of people.
(Mods, please delete the last comment after a few days. Could get dissidents killed overseas if left too long).
