for a start .. and it’s hard to get yor head around … you need to not look at your self in a bad way for doing this! …. you’re only gonna make your self feel worce .. and ultimatle end up drinking more to compemnsate …. you say u need to change your attitude .. and you are correct .. but not quite how it semms you think you should … for me … the change in attitude was the key thing to soughting my drinking out .. but it wasn’t a matter of weather i would wake up for work .. as truely i really didn’t care … it was the realisation that there were things out there that were important to me … that i was missing out on .. due to my drinking .. and alienating every one around me … THE WORST THING YOU CAN DO WITH A DRINKING PROVBLEM IS BLAME! … forget who’s fault .. be it yours .. or some one elses …. it’s not the issue .. it’s just an excuse to feel bad and drink more! … what u need to do is purely focas on something totaly diferant …100% or as much as you can fill your life with other shit .. other than drinking … anything at all possible to litteraly do something else other than drink …like not going out … that did me a gooden …for a while … till i got my head stright … u litteraly have to focas all your effort on something else … dive head first into something proactive .. that’s not self desructive … and i promis you you’ll forget about drinking the way you do in no time at all .. u just have to persavear! (sp?)
