If you are able to just sit back and enjoy the (positive) effects of the goddess that is marijuana then smoke some weed bro.

If weed makes you uncomfortable then try a benzo but they are as addictive as hell if you like the experience. you’ve been warned.

Other techniques such as meditation, deep breathing, yoga and reading (as boring as that might sound) may suffice.

When an alcoholic decides to quit drinking they are faced with the constant dilemma of what to do with their free time. For a person who has spent so much of their past drinking and being intoxicated, the prospect of moving forward in sobriety can be overwhelming.

If all you want is to be less fucked up than with alcohol I’d recommend anything but crack, heroin and crystal meth.
