Why don’t you trying salvia. I think it might be a better option for alcohol. I have found salvia has more power as compare to alcohol. You can take it in different forms. I have also heard that it has low side effect as compare to alcohol.

I’m not judging you, just saying that alcohol may lower our inhibitions, but doesn’t make us do anything that we seriously wouldn’t consider while sober. Anyone who says otherwise is just looking for an excuse to mask their misdeeds.

This is total bullshit, do you even know how alcohol physically effects the brain? You literally regress into a child, you drink enough you’ll become a dribbling pile on the floor pissing and shitting your self as it’s shut of parts of the brain you’ve gained whilst growing up (and don’t tell me people who get that pissed would normally do that sober!). There are various stages in between, but it’s actually really hard to act normally after a lot to drink as opposed to what you’re saying “you are completely yourself when drunk”.

I think she’s made the right decision by stopping drinking as I know loads of people what have done things they regret after drinking, including my self. I’m a totally different person when really pissed, to the point it’s scary sometimes. I’d NEVER do some of the things I’ve done in the past when pissed sober. They wouldn’t even cross my mind. You loose not only inhibitions but control of your mind when that drunk.

I always say that if drinking is causing someone to do shit they are constantly regretting and wouldn’t normaly do, then it’s the drink making them behave that way (agreed some people are just cunts anyway, but we’re talking about decent people who get drunk and do bad things here). It doesn’t mean they don’t have a responsibility to stop drinking (at least to excess). As they know the cause so should at least try and do something about it.

By just saying “you’re a bad person for doing that, it doesn’t matter if you were drunk or not” doesn’t really help the situation at all because the fact is, if the person is only doing these things when drunk and not when sober, it’s OBVIOUSLY the drink that’s the problem! You may even make them feel bad about them selves and they just think “fuck it I’m a bad person” go out and get pissed and do what ever it is they don’t wanna be doing.

TBH it just sounds like you’re bitter cos someone cheated on you which is understandable, but projecting your emotions onto other people’s problems isn’t gonna really help you or them tbh. You have to look at these problems open mindedly and from both sides, not with a bias approach.

(Just so you know I’ve been cheated on before and know what it’s like … but people make mistakes … at least the OP has the guts to admit she has and is trying to do something about it.)

The only thing i regret after drinking is drinking
