Well I have a much higher tolerance than most for this substance. I’ve put as much as about 100mg in. I wouldn’t advice you try so much. I’m not sure what a normal ‘safe’ dose is for smoking. To put into perspective, most people get a moderate-strong trip and strong buzz from 70mg-ish consumed orally, I only get mild effects at this dose. I tend to dose no less than 100mg for just moderate effects. I’ve safely done as much as 200mg to obtain an intense trip, but this amount could be dangerous for most people.
I’d start off low, just 10-15 mg maybe see how it is. If you don’t get a good buzz try an extra 5 mg next time. And carry on adding 5 mg until you find the dose that suits you.
