This is disgusting. It seems, according to russian police the only motive the attackers had was to steal possessions. Still, their thieving antics still left one dead and nine seriously injured. Seems to me liek theres plenty of malicious intent in the incedent as well from a bunch cavemen.
Also, theres big similarities here to how the nuclear power plant in the uk was protested in 2006 and heathrow in 2007. We may believe that police are intimidating but they still to a large extent respect the right to peaceful protest. Now check out the reaction of the russian authoities on hw they handled a protester campl:
“One of the first contact with the police when people arrived to set up the camp was for them to illegally arrest ten people on 14 July.”
Obiously i don’t know all the facts so can’t make a definative opinion buy at least but if there was such high police presence at the camp (which there would be when the word protesters is involved lol) then where were they when the neo-nazis bowled in? If they were keeping servalliance on the camp it would be pretty hard to miss no?
