Otherwise its no different than any other unlicensed rave and can be closed down at any time if the cops wish to do so. Now this might of course not be the case, the whole thing might well be licensed, (for instance a few events in Essex have been done this way) but without actual venue details no one can be 100% sure.
It would explain the need for a phoneline alltho some premoters do do this just for effect.
