The best way to test it outside of Holland is by using a self bought regent test kit! Even then that could come up as a false positive having MDMA in it, but still having adulterants. That really don’t look like anything that could be pure enough to have come straight from the lab without being boshed up at least, if it is even MDMA.
The fact it’s already in capsules says to me they are trying to hide something. I know the guy found it on the floor, but the likely hood is someone payed for them … tried one, thought it was shite, and threw it on the floor.
Unfortunately, not enough people use bins at most raves.
