same, but the stuff for your car has loads of nasty stuff added to it to make it more volatile, so you wouldnt want to inhale that. The whipping cream gas is usually pretty weak, where as the medical grade (usually in the big cannisters) can knock your socks off! People use the balloons to let the gas warm up as it is v.cold when it comes out of the tank. IF you are constantly doing balloons out of a big tank you get ice forming on the outside. Also your body only absorbs about 10% of the gas when you first breath it in so the balloons a way of getting the most out of it.
