I just got a PM from a loverly person who’s premoting a new, FREE advise web site but is worried about posting a link to it encase they get banned, so I said I would post it for them. 😉

It’s spam in the sence that they are advertising .. but .. if you post a link to pv some where .. would you class it as spam .. baring in mind you think it’s a progressive thing?
