PS: The band itself is called Hoch Tirol; Koni is the nickname of band member Horst Konrader.

The Austrians are also notorious boozers who drive more like the Italians (I was reading the news and they had managed even to crash the metro train as well as their cars).
I can see why they would use this as a childrens song as in encourages Die Kinder to add suitable warning devices to their bikes – there is a child shortage in AT as it is..
Horst is actually wearing the kind of overalls a bicycle mechanic would wear – normally he would wear Lederhosen like the rest of them (at least in summer) but there is probably some Kinderschutzgebiet against wearing these rather immodest ones (compared to those of Bavaria) within 2 metre exclusion distance of anyone below age 18 (in case it is suspected the older man might be getting the Horn :laugh_at:)
