  • Am sat here with the yung-un, who wont goto sleep….its 230am! Shes developed a habit of waking for 2-3 hoours every night at 10 month old…..was a perfect sleeper until recently.

Anyone got any tips as to why shes waking? Or even better, easy ways t get em bk t sleep lol

Long shot but ad thought ad ask hehehe

    whiskey?

I was a terrible sleeper, my parents used to have to drive me around in the car in the early hours cos it was the only thing that sent me off to sleep haha. I still always get tired in car journeys

good and nice stimulation during day time make most kids sleep at night…but children are children….

Leave her in her bed instead of taking her up, most of the time it’s the parents who let the baby keep the habit. It will be hard and there will be a lot of crying for some days but she will learn to sleep when you leave her alone..

But as Sinner say, lot of stimulation in the day time will make her sleep better at night, and let her sleep less in the daytime.

^^this … I know it sounds crule but I’ve seen child psycology programs on tv that say this exact thing (like super nanny and the likes lol).

for every step with your baby you must be careful…step by step your child will learn how to sleep alone in his bed…..
