Leviticus is going for Beds

if we can get Herts and Mid Essex areas (possible the most difficult to crack) then it may become easier to get North Essex and Suffolk

if there is a successful one in each county and the precedent is set, I suspect Eastern regional govt will try to spread them out rather than have single areas caned….)

I’m in the process of sorting myself out with job/flat in London, but when thats done I am looking to test the water with a TENS event in East Anglia this summer, (As are a few other people).

So everybody keep their ears out for possible land owners willing to try something legal………

Yeah, as far as I can remember the old rig is now split between:

Amen-Tal
Spank & Bangers n Gash
Slack Banta & Katalyst <They have the core of it
Treehouse :hopeless:

It’s nice to see it all still in the area. The folded horns went out of the area for a bit and then about 6 months later got sold to Tiff so they are back again. The fact that treehouse and amen-tal link bits of rig together means some of the cabinets still get to socialise with each other about old times 🙂

hmm, well it was disruption, lunar collective, disorder and another one whose name I can’t remember

disruption build all their own stuff, and I think lunar do as well. not sure about the others, only ever saw them once..

the court case for that rave is in June. going to Crown, I’m not sure if Bosh is actually aware of the enormity of what he’s got himself into nor is Fingers (normally its just the local beak for a PEL case)

Nah I don’t know what our secret is or if we’re on a timebomb, but even though the North obviously has our fair share of absoblute nutters and scary places, the nutters haven’t really infiltrated the rave scene yet. I hope it’s not a timebomb!

I think the rig owners up here are taking note of whats happening down south and acting. places always seem to be well picked, The sites are usually left spotless and most are carefull about advertising.

I think the North’s free party scene has only picked up again fairly recently (perhaps due to the new found prosperity compared to previous years, its actually easier to get an office or IT job in the north than the south nowadays!)

this means also a scene made out of “professional” people rather than NEETS has more mature and clued up types involved, hopefully they also won’t overdo it like southerners.

I’d watch out for the BNP though… I’m assumign raves are fairly multicultral (like down here) compared to other nightlife, BNP obviously hate this and they have a nasty habit of turning up to cause problems (they targeted East anglian and SE raves a lot in the late 90s/early 2000s)

no fucking idea who the tcb are or based – trunch? ( a place in the middle of nowhere but near cromer, I only know it through gv23 as we all got together for a beach chillout in summer 2006)

thing is we can laugh, but the feds tend to take all this stuff seriously and I don’t blame them because it might seem “rustic” round here but the youths have a lot of anger in them

loads of cops here are ex-Met or ex-Northern dibble and come here because they want to see a quieter more chilled out society

they know people gonna be proper angry now there are no raves and are steeling themselves for the lockdown in towns/cities etc (actually crime has gone up loads in Norfolk since the raves were stopped)

the racism on some of those bebo sites does proper piss me off too, OK people have the right to their views but I don’t think its compatible with raves

I can remember when people who are older now were young teenagers in East Anglia and they were literally evicting racist gangs from parties in the 90s, not welcoming their attitudes..

I’ve been to Cromer many a time and the only gangs i’ve seen are the oldies. It’s more like Gods waiting room elite up there! Cte eh? they wanna come down here and see a real gang, The B.R.A! We’ll proper hold you up. :bounce_ci

my thoughts exactly, but unfortunately it appears these “gangs” round here are actually prepared to get in a car and travel until they can find a suitable enemy (i.e one below age 80, or a sheep)
