the actual chemicals (5/6-APB and derivatives) sold as this brand have been made controlled substances in most if not all European countries, and possibly the Asian countries as well, following a number of fatal overdoses amongst otherwise young people.
Most of the world outside the USA and mainland China has a public healthcare system, and these all share (anonymised) data globally of any potential health problems. 5/6-APB is an analogue (a similar chemical) to MDA, a substance used in early 1990s era xtc-pills which was strong and effective but had a harsher comedown and a greater risk of fatal overdoses.
even when the stuff wasn’t controlled most reputable distributors in Europe refused to send it to the USA as the Federal Analogs Act and a far greater level of surveillance of parcels from foreign countries meant that it rarely got to its destination.
It is most likely these pills contained an uncontrolled “straight stimulant” perhaps combined with caffeine as well, and little else.
