I expect it can be but unless its something obvious like fuses its not a five minute job…

I used to do all this stuff but don’t have as much test equipment/space resources any more as I work with computers more these days 😥
your best bet would be to try and find someone local what does electronics repair (if they still have TV repair shops with the sort of old dude our grandads sort of age thats often the best bet!)
