he is, it is the strange British sense of humour.
Unfortunately in our country we are obssesed by European wars (this is a nation where every weekend a film about world war2 is shown) and people still have this sterotype that the former Yugoslavia is all war and landmines and explosions even though I guess it must be quite peaceful these days.its hard to explain and relate to unless you are British or have spent a lot of time with British people..
I think there is a commercial dance music festival in sarajevo but I have no idea what it is. Did they used to have teknivals there? it is a paradox but I suspect that as the country becomes more “normal” their police may have clamped down on drugs/parties just like Britain or France which may be why stuff is hard to find..
