What a load of bull…How many demoes have you been at? Do you at all know anything about it or are you one them that have meaning on everything? Part of my work is to do demonstrations, I drive the soundsystem. Most demoes are just fine to bring the kids to…
As a participant none, but as a bystander I’ve been around many, most of them at the Welsh Assembly as I worked in the building opposite and people seeming to be protesting something on the steps every week as they knew doing it there would make the news, camera even got turned on me once and I made a point of turning to it and saying ‘Im not with those nutters, Im just walking past on my lunchbreak’
TBH I dont know what kinda of Demo needs a soundsystem, you know dancing dont really count as demonstrating lol All the ones Ive seen just had hand held megaphones and placards so as to remain mobile, they would usually march through the city center then onto the Assembly Building.
And yes I do have an opinion on many subjects ( not all ), dont you ? Arent I free to express them as much as you ?
On you point of it being part of a good upbringing again I would disagree, Ive seen kids carrying placards and chanting silly slogans, they have no idea why, it’s their parents opinions not theirs, for the kids it was just a day out with a bit of excitement while they were unwittingly being used and indoctrinated.

I don’t see taking a child along to a demo any different to putting them in a ‘faith school’ / taking them to church etc, for example, it’s patents making choices and obviously the children are too young to understand what’s going on, but that’s the role of a patent – to be a role model to their children, and make choices where they go until they are old enough to make their own choices
Using your child as a shield is morally wrong but I’ve never personally seen this and I’ve been going to demos for about 23 years, most parents will keep their children out of harms way, not every patent has someone to leave their kids with, and I personally find kids who have grown up with these experiences are quite well rounded teens / adults with a good perspective on the world, and not what they’ve read in the daily mail
I like many others I spoke to were not there for trouble, esp as I have to keep a clean crb, and also would remove myself if trouble occurred, as I’m sure the majority of parents there would do
I also disagree with ‘Faith Schools’, seems a contradiction in terms to me, School are meant for education not indoctrination
When I say shields, I dont mean kids being held up in front of them to take blows, just having kids with them so they cant be forcefully removed when they break the law which is something I have seen first hand as well as on TV

You have all the right in the world to speak your mind, and I have the right to point out to you that you havent got clue about what happens on demonstrations, the dynamic of them and so on….I listened to what the coppers said in front of the demo and that was positive, then why not bring the kids? this one was not really a demo, it was an event/party and both sides had no interests in kick it off in riots…people was happy the bitch is dead.
Just because you have seen some or read about it in the press do not give much knowledge does it?..so before you point fingers at people, get to know the subject a bit more…otherwise it merely just hot air and count for nothing at all.

But I know a lot of mums who breast feed and as Gl rightly pointed out its their female peers who seem to have vocal opinions about it (negative) rather then the men, but I am aware of a growing number of supportive educational groups / programs that the NHS are doing too
Ya know what women are like, maybe getting all worked up because their boyfriend seen another womens boob, then all logic flys out the window and an exposed boob becomes nothing more than an exposed boob rather than a mother feeding her bubbah.

so how would they react if they find out their boyfriend was breast fed?
I don’t know, just trying to work out why any women would have an issue when they see someone breastfeeding, could certainly boil down to jealousy and insecurity, not having the mindframe to think about the real important reason why the womans boob is out.
The real problems comes in confined spaces like buses or trains……. cause perfectly natural or not, your not allowed to watch……. no eye to nipple contact please we’re British lol so if you’re seated opposite you end up with crick neck from reading the advert on the wall 50 times.

Haha, too paranoid to take out your phone for something to look at, in case people think your taking pictures.
People where really nice to me when I breast fed in public. Sometimes randomers would come up and tell me how lovely it is to see!
Back to what GL Said about cultures wanting babies to feed at allocated times..it actually works better the other way round. When babies breast feed they just feed when they are hungry and stop when they are full. This means they are less prone to obesity and anorexia.
Aww I miss breast feeding 🙁 why do they grow up !
I wasn’t breast fed. I feel left out.
You’re pretty smart, and your growth doesn’t appear to be stunted (although i aint seen your winky) So that’s cool, maybe it doesn’t affect people as badly as whats made out?

Its never to late.
I cannot see my self sucking my mother’s breasts tbh It would be completely wrong….I never was breast fed either…after a forthnight after I was born I was rushed to the hospital and stayed there for 3months in a incubator. I had a stomac cramp and couldn’t maintain any nutrition. Maybe its why I have a breast fetish today?.I realy cannot take my eyes from a good cleavage or breasts in general…some of my friends sez; talk to me not my boobies…lol

:sign0020: Tell your female friends to wear higher chest tops then (Watch out for a backhand though lol)
I often wonder if my mum told me lies, saying she breastfed me but didn’t really, I’m really a bit ‘duuurrrrr’ brained tbh.
