Well now lets see – there is of course the fact that human milk proteins are shorter and more suited to the human digestive system as we dont have the 7 stomachs required to break down bovine milk effectively – hows is that for starters? :crazy_fre

i’m still not convinced. just because you seem to love drinking breast milk so much doesn’t mean we all have to!

heheh I would never advocate drinking breast milk – I dont advocate drinking milk generally to be fair :crazy_fre because once you are old enough to eat normal food you lose the lactase enzymes you need to digest milk in most humans

i don’t even really like the taste of milk, only when it’s mixed in with other stuff. when i see people drinking it by itself it makes me feel ill.

    I love milk!

I dont think that taste good. ewww

I was out with a mate in a bar who had not long giving birth and some guy was pestering her so she went to the toilet and expressed some into a shot glass and gave him it, said it was a new shot, he drank it and went mmmmmm creamy!! haha we were on the floor lol

Me and two mates stayed in this hotel when we went to a hospiality night. I was breast feeding at the time (when you dont breast feed for so many hours you go up like two bra sizes) Any way I went to express and my mates decided they should take a shot for good luck.

Its odd…like sugary watered down milk.
They told a bunch of lads what we had done and a couple of them asked for a hit :0

    This.
Drinking cows milk is weird. It just happems to be absolutly delicious.
Still, the concept is a tad immoral. Cows make milk for their babies we take the babies (to slaughter or use for milk) and we just suck suck suck those beasts titties. Not even mentioning the little cages they live in 🙁

Im not a veggie / vegan but its worth being considerate of other animals to an extent.

Oh also did you know mosts cats are lactose intolerant?

You can lead a cow upstairs but not down?

Once a woman breast feeds she will always be able to produce milk throughout her life?

There is a chemical process in womans breasts that means that the sound of her babies crying brings on milk?

That Margrey Thatcher banned free milk in schools?

Personally I don’t like any milk, the only time i’ll have it is w/ my protein shake/cereal on the odd occasion I have it.
I find it weird that we’re willing to drink other species boobjuice but not our own..

I remember this, it was still given out when I started school (1977!) then stopped a few years later. it was served in small 1/3rd pint bottles and drunk with a straw.

The aluminium bottle tops were gathered up, washed, and collected in bags, they probably got sent up North to be made into aircraft in case the Soviets attacked (it was still an exotic metal then!).

Yeah, I remember the free milk. I also remember poncing the bottles from the kids who wouldn’t drink it!
