This sort of thing has happened before in London, although TBH it can happen anywhere these days, there was fights and a stabbing at a East Anglian party recently which was also a very rare thing to happen..

Did someone rob the cash or did the cops seize it on suspicion of money laundering or similar? the cops have to give it back if they can’t prove it was obtained as a compulsory entry charge to the party..
