really shouldn’t of gone out but after having a couple of beers earlier it had to be done.

Man it’s so bad. I want a fag, I ain’t had one in ages but tonight I really wanna smoke.

Gonna wave a fag in my face and hopefully it should repulse me and I won’t smoke it.

It did and it was oh so good! 😉

I usually counter that by drinking more so it takes my mind off the fags.

Couldn’t do it on Wednesday though, what with it being a school night I limited myself to 4 cans.

Drank all of them quite quickly so the temptation to smoke was even higher.

Not gonna beat myself up about it though, Only had a couple so no harm done really. 🙂
