I use Nildram (http://www.nildram.net) and havn’t had any downtime in the whole year i’ve been with them, can honestly say they’ve been great everytime i’ve dealth with them. I pay about £20 a month but for that I also get 500mins of calls a month (they set a redirect up for you, it’s no bother). Balls am I gonna spend that long on the phone a month so I effectively have free phone except for the line rental. I think their services start at about £11, have a look and see if you like the look of it.
