Can’t Post Thread, Asking For A Prefix??????

Just been trying to post a thread in the law section and when I try posting one particular thread it saus there’s a problem and my thread needs a prefix. Have encountered this error in the past but very rarely, anyone any ideas? Here’s a pic of the error.
