He thus got the message in the end that this was not a good thing to be doing and would often go back to sleep at the foot of my bed. if my sister or mum then woke before me, he would meow at them and get fed. He’d then return to the foot my bed and wait until I woke up (and thus get fed again).
the thing was our mate (who is generally on the manic side of his bipolar) would wake up and then start chatting (loudly) to them and then cook his veggie fry up breckie with the radio on….. and he just didnt realise how loud he was being alone side the cats! They’d lived all together for years before the lads moved in together so I think they’d got into a routeen that suited them just fine… but not the rest of the household!!!! lol
