Hey…

A mate of mine today got caught with half an once of charlie, and a grow room (no plants just the equipment.)

Whats he looking at? Spoken to a few people and they think he’s looking at two years miminuim. However I’ve had a quick google and I’ve seen people getting off lightly with an once.

Its his first offence, and I’m worried sick about him, just wondering if anybody had any idea about what could happen. Cheers guys.

it depends.the fact that its first offence is an advantage.
if it was in the 1 bag he could say its personal,but if its bagged up to be sold he could get fucked.if its in the 1 bag id say he will do six months mate.

depends, if he’s under 21 he’ll in my past friends experience not go 2 prison just get a suspended setence and do alot of community service.

some1 i know got caught with quater O of coke and half of mdma and got suspended sentence, then got caught with coke again, and got arrested the other day. didnt get arrested first 2 times, but dunno wots goin on for the last thing he did.

tell them he found it and was on the way to the police station to hand it in … failing that tell them he bought it in seperate wraps .. not that its gonna make much of a diferance with the growing kit and all …. i think the law for dealing is like 2-7 for canabis and 5 – a fair few more for A class … 7 for canabis and life? for a class A being more on the importing side .. for a half O he will get the bottom end and if he and his lawer can swing any thing probably less .. with the way things work .. but he has to play it smart .. this knolage comes from when i used to deal .. but that was a few ..mby 5 years ago so laws might have changed now .. i think they are simila tho

it all completely depends on how it was bagged and what he said when he first got caught, the grow room stuff shouldnt even have any influence on the case as its not illegal to have all the kit, just say he was using it to grow orchids or some shit.. first offence tho and if he’s got a job etc fingers crossed he should get off with out a sentance

depends on the circumstances and his attitude. also on the judge and what kind of brief he gets. it’s definitely worth paying for a decent one and not rely on one he gets appointed on the day

My mate walked after getting busted in his car (was grassed on and a road block set up) with an oz last year. The cops were that sure they had him for supply they failed to file a possession charge!
Anyways, his lawyer explained that for a working man with a habit an ounce was easily snorted in a week the judge agreed.(thats what road your mate needs to go down or hes fuck btw, get into an addicition course/councilling etc) haha he got charged with 12 quids worth of weed and a half gram of charlie what was at his house. He got a hundred quid fine and ordered to stay on his drug course for 6 months with 2yrs probation)

RESULT!

Another mate is up soon for his second quarter of charlie in a yr (has a colourful record) in a few weeks but hes been told hes only getting up to 120hrs community which is fuck all. I’ll post up results how he gets on if you want.

He’s prob looking at 200 odd hrs community if hes played it right in questioning. He needs/needed to play poor addict whos been seeking help and has a good job/family support.

The show aint over till the fat lady sings matey..

mr mojo’s got it right I think.The prissons are so full at the momment that also will help + its his first offence so I reackon 200 hrs comunity service.Depends on what happend in the original interview and how it was bagd up tho also on the judge some can be right cunts.

I know of someone who has caught with a similar amount, the spanner was caught with scales in his motor at the same time.

He ended up with a couple of hundred hours community service and weekly drug tests for 6 months…

I am sure it was his first offence tho

All depends on the judge and how he comes accross in court ec.I had a mate who was caught with a bar of charlie albeit shit stuffand he only got 10 months.He was an addict and was looking after the stuff for a big dealer.The judge believed him as sometimes your instinct can tell you much about a person,It was apparent he was no scarface just a silly boy who got himself in a hole.Hope yr mate receives leniency
