next to “Active topics” should be an icon of a house. if you click on this that should get a home page with the chatroom at the top. I use a customised version of Cyberfox with various adblockers, privacy badger etc and the chatroom still works.
Not sure though if adding a noisemaker to it is a good idea unless it is switched off by default.
if you are using the same computer to listen to music it will cut across that which particularly annoying if you have the computer linked up to a hi fi system or a stronger set of loudspeakers.
