I could go on…. But I wont.
They touch all of our lives no matter what styles of music you like and even if you are a live music stalwart it cannot be denied that a good DJ can make you happy! (admittedly there are some that may make you very sad because they are rubbish but hey, after a few more drinks you could probably explain that to them).
So the new issue of CT pays tribute to the DJ. Choc full of record stores, equipment hirers and retailers and of course venues, there is also a very interesting interview with man about town Mr Luke McD, who in the forthcoming two issues will be keeping us updated on his current European tour alongside Bubble & Squeak.
