Not sure what the exactly law is,but I know a few cases in Denmark where kids as young as 6 have told courts that they will not see 1 or both parents..
We have even had a few cases where kids have pressed charges against their parents because they didn’t want to see them
I think it really depends on social services and the judge in a divorce or even child abuse case.
