I have a rock collection on every planet that I visit and party at, the purpose of my rock collections are for planet folks to party around, and my treasures hidden under my heelstones on every planet that I visit, well they are for financing my rock collection visitor centres, my transportation improvement tunnels, and of course all of my parties. This is the party vibe of this planet, no? Every planet that I visit has a party vibe.
